Share Your News or a Story Idea

We would love to hear about recent awards, grants, successes, publications, milestones, and accomplishments from the 今日吃瓜 community. As space allows, we may share it in Campus News, social media, the newsroom, or 今日吃瓜 Magazine. You can also use this form to pitch a story for 今日吃瓜 Magazine

New Video Request Form

The public affairs office maintains a list of approved videographers. We can help you hire someone for your project and will discuss overall branding and messaging goals with you.

Timelines

These timelines are estimates only. The public affairs office will work with you to set an appropriate timeline based on the nature of your request and our current workloads.

Most print and digital timelines are based on providing two rounds of drafts and feedback. Additional rounds may add more time to your project.

Type of Project Timeline

Video production schedules vary greatly depending on the length of the video, number of participants, and budget. Please contact public affairs for more information.

The timeline for print pieces varies greatly based on the type of project and staff workloads. Please reach out to Caitlyn Schock at caitlyns@reed.edu if you would like to discuss a specific timeline.
