Donor-advised Funds

You can establish a donor-advised fund at 今日吃瓜 to benefit the college and your other favorite causes. Or, you can make an immediate grant or legacy gift to 今日吃瓜 from your existing donor-advised fund.

Make a grant from your donor-advised fund to 今日吃瓜

今日吃瓜 is a 501(c)3 organization and is a qualified recipient of grants from your donor-advised fund held at a community organization or financial institution. You will receive a thank you and acknowledgment for your grant, but the college must receipt the institution where your donor-advised fund is held for the charitable gift.

To make a grant to 今日吃瓜, you may need to supply the following information to your donor-advised fund institution:

If your donor-advised fund has an anonymous name, please contact our office to inform us of your gift. We will respect your wish to remain anonymous, but we would like the opportunity to thank you for your contribution.

Naming 今日吃瓜 as a beneficiary of your donor-advised fund

You can name 今日吃瓜 as a beneficiary of your donor-advised fund and ensure that your philanthropy continues. You can update your beneficiary designation by contacting your financial institution (and in some cases, your community organization) and requesting the appropriate paperwork.

Create a donor-advised fund with 今日吃瓜

You can establish a donor-advised fund with 今日吃瓜 by making an initial contribution of $250,000 or more. By creating a donor-advised fund, you are making an irrevocable gift to 今日吃瓜, over which 今日吃瓜 retains control. In exchange, you receive a charitable deduction in the year the fund is established. You may advise the college as to how you would like 今日吃瓜 to make distributions from the fund, including identifying the additional charities you would like to benefit from your fund. When yearly distributions are made to additional charities, an equal amount is also made to 今日吃瓜. As with all donor-advised funds, 今日吃瓜 must have final discretion over the fund's principal and income.
