Myrta B. Swallow ’22

Myrta B. Swallow ’22, May 27, 2000, in Oregon City, Oregon. She entered ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï in 1918 and trained as a physical therapist as part of the reconstruction aides program. After taking a year off to work as a teacher, she returned to ½ñÈÕ³Ô¹Ï for two years. She studied piano and became a piano teacher, establishing her own studio in Gladstone, Oregon. She taught piano for over 50 years, finally retiring in 1988. Her hobbies included bridge and bowling, and she also enjoyed traveling. Survivors include a niece and a nephew.
