Print Options for Copiers
When submitting a print job to a copier, you can select various output options such as color vs. black and white, two-sided or single-sided, and staples (if available). You can also save these settings as a preset.
Configure options
- From the print dialog box, scroll down to "Printer Options". Click the "i" next to Xerox Features.
- On the Paper/Output drop-down, make your desired selection for 2-sided printing, finishing (for staples), and Black and White/Color ouput.

Save as a preset
After making your desired selections and before printing, you can save it as a preset to use on future print jobs.
- Click on the Presets menu below the printer name > choose Save Current Settings as Preset...
- A dialog will appear, enter an appropriate name for your preset and check the Preset Available For: Only this printer option. Click Ok to save.
